This typically happens if the unit has lost cell service for a period of time. If the unit loses cellular data service, it will store all the data points until it regains network connectivity. The jumping around is simply the unit “catching up” and sending its data back to the MiFleet portal very quickly, causing the unit to move around much faster than usual.
