The green light is the GPS, the orange light is data communication. When flashing, it means it is acquiring signal or attempting to connect. When the lights are solid, then it has a successful connection. It usually doesn’t take more than a 5-10 minutes to get a connection.

The N/A means that it stopped or registered the 0mph speed only once, so 1 message of 0mph = Duration: N/A If it stopped for 2 messages then, Duration: 30 seconds. 3 messages, Duration: 1 minute and so on.
No, a "stop" always starts as the first 0mph message. Using the Units > Trip Detection, you can change what starts a "Parking", but not what starts a "stop"
You will need to contact fleetsupport@mifleet.us. When you can log back in, go to the top right of the screen, click on your username, User Settings, and fill in for your email address.
Go to the Units tab, find the unit you want to edit, and click on the wrench icon for Unit properties. Click on the Trip Detection tab, here you can change trip detection settings.
