Do you need to hit refresh in the webpage/platform for vehicles or info to update?
The platform is set to refresh automatically, so as vehicles move, the map will auto-update their location and their various status info. No need to hit refresh.
What if a speed limit is incorrect?
Speed limits are updated over time, but it is possible that a street may have an incorrectly listed speed limit. If that is the case, simply contact us and let us know where the issue is and we will update accordingly.
How are Speed limits determined?
Speed limits are taken from OpenStreetMaps data. This data is taken from road speed limit signs and calculations based on the road designation as a major highway, minor highway, primary street, along with its physical location as an urban or city road.
Is it possible to upload custom maps?
Yes, we would need a copy of the map to make sure 100% that it would be compatible. Supported formats include: MP, MapInfo, ESRI Shape, OSM (OpenStreetMap). It is also possible to place a map with classified access.
