No, but you can create a notification, that moves your devices to a group, when they enter or leave the geofence. Then under the Monitoring tab, you can easily view what vehicles are in those groups.
If you create a second user, you can disable their rights to view ALL geofences, under Users tab > User Properties > Access. It is only possible to change a user's rights to see either ALL or NO geofences.
Yes, the default format is WLP, but it can also import KML formatted geofence files: KML (if compressed — KMZ) is a widely known file format used to display geographic data in Google Earth and Google Maps. This format can be used in MiFleet to import and export them from/to external sources.
