This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) mentioned herein is related to the collection, usage, disclosure and protection of the information captured when you use our mobile application MiWirelessForms.

The terms “you” and “your” refer to the user of the MiWirelessForms. The term “Services” refers to any services offered by DCS..

Please read this Policy carefully before using the MiWirelessForms or submitting any personal information to MiWirelessForms. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the Terms of Use.

YOUR CONSENT
By using the MiWirelessForms and the Services, you agree and consent to the collection, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and sharing of your information as described and collected by us in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the Application.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM YOU

This section includes the information / data input that you submit when you:

  • Personal details: Create or update your account, that may include your name, email address, phone or mobile number, login name and password, residence address, payment or banking information, date of birth and profile picture; or
  • Location details: contingent to the use of location service, wherein the user provides consent to our application MiWirelessForms to capture location details – ad-hoc, while using the app, or perpetual – always allow, using GPS or IP Address, or any other means of capturing coordinates for the purpose of ensuring proper functioning of MiWirelessForms; we may process the location information to provide movement trails and details of location history etc to an authorized access user only.
  • Camera Enable features is required to ascertain the user / admin designed Forms to capture image or current condition of place, item or other such events that are useful for the user or account admin for their further process/ action; it may as well be used for scanning of QR Codes, Barcodes, or any other means to parse data and store data in the forms,
  • Access to photo library to use the selected photos as a part of form and process or share data with the authorized user, who is meant to access this information from the user.
  • Report problems for troubleshooting.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information so collect for following purposes, including:

  • Allow company admin or supervisor or the user role access provided to have authorized access to the information so submitted by the user through our application for further process or analysis or action to be taken.
  • We do not share the information with any unauthorized contact, person, personnel, user or third party which may be harmful to the company; limited to access details available to any unauthorized user.
  • The information is purely used at the discretion of the authorized users access only and have no relevance to our purpose; except to process information in case of providing charts, analysis reports, or graphs, etc.
  • We ensure appropriate security of data gathered from the application or our services used by the user.

In addition, the MiWirelessForms stores your data with the cloud platform of Oracle which may store any part, or total or certain data in their servers located within or outside India. The Cloud server provider have its security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of any information, details of which are available at https://www.oracle.com (cloud server website)
