Chatterbox is a simple and easy-to-use add-on for the MiFleet Platform. It's a simple 2-way chat interface, allowing dispatchers to communicate with drivers directly to their phones using SMS messages. Using this chat you can send any address on the map, exchange images, coordinates, share routes, etc.

No Downloading
This feature is available directly on MiFleet so you will not have to download any additional applications. When dispatch sends SMS driver receives it just like a normal SMS text.

The application allows you to send not only text messages, but also points of destination found in the search bar or predefined geofence locations.
List of available units and drivers
The left panel represents a list of available units and drivers. Here you can choose a "target" for your message. With a nice filter option you can simplify a search if the list of items is to big.
